Tzatziki – A Fresh Legacy from the Eastern Mediterranean

Found across many cuisines of the Mediterranean basin, Tzatziki is a beloved classic with countless variations, from Greece to Turkey, and all the way to Kurdistan.
At Derya, our version is a creamy blend of strained yogurt, grated cucumber, and fragrant garlic, enhanced with a drizzle of olive oil.

Served cold, it evokes the gentle warmth of Mediterranean summers, perfect to enjoy with warm bread or alongside our grilled dishes.
A simple mezze, rich in heritage and freshness.
