Kaşarlı Mantar – Baked Mushrooms with Melted Cheese

Kaşarlı Mantar is a well-known dish you’ll find across Turkey. Large mushrooms are filled with kaşar cheese, then baked until soft inside with a lightly golden top.

At Derya, we prepare them to order to keep their texture and flavor just right. Served hot, as a starter or on the side, they’re appreciated for their simplicity and comforting taste.

A straightforward dish, but always a favorite, especially for cheese lovers.
