Börek Salata – Crispy Delight with Garden Freshness

Börek Salata blends the Mediterranean tradition of savory pastries with the freshness of a light garden salad. This dish features a crispy brick pastry filled with melted goat cheese, gently drizzled with honey, and served on a bed of crunchy mesclun leaves.

At Derya, we craft this starter to achieve a perfect balance between cheesy richness, honeyed sweetness, and the refreshing crispness of young greens. A delicate harmony of textures and flavors that delights curious and gourmet palates alike.

A refined yet characterful appetizer, ideal for beginning your meal with elegance and freshness.
