Baklava – A Shared Heritage of Sweet Elegance

Baklava is more than just a dessert, it’s a source of pride shared by many countries across the Middle East and the Balkans. From the rich pistachio-filled version of Antep in Turkey to the lighter orange blossom syrup version served in Lebanon, this sweet pastry weaves together cultures and traditions.

At Derya, we offer a generous Baklava: crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, made with delicate layers of filo pastry, crushed pistachios, and a subtly perfumed homemade syrup. Each bite tells a story, of festive gatherings, family feasts, and the simple joy of sharing something sweet.

A timeless classic that brings your meal to a graceful close.
